I want to say I had a great experience with my plumber and with my technician CRAIG PETERSON. He came in and informed me of the priority club membership, informed me of the product solution to use for my drain and just had a great presence.

During a recent annual service of my H/VAC unit ahead of the winter, Darryl arrived within the promised time, spent as much time as was necessary to complete the service thoroughly and technically competently. He explained why two defective parts had to be replaced, ordered the parts, and ensured that he personally returned to install them as soon as they were delivered to MyPlumber. I now feel great peace of mind for the winter.

Bill H. I replaced the powder room water closet shut off. One year warranty.
Customer had two outside hose bibbs that handles were broken off. Told her that they needed replacing and gave her options for it. Shut off valve for backyard hose bibb was also broken so that had to be replaced as well. She also had a leak coming from her kitchen faucet that was leaking into the floor. Faucet was over 20yrs old and needed to be replaced as well. After seeing options, customer decided to just have the shut off valve replaced and the rest a family friend will do the work for her for cheaper.
I inspected the AC system to include: R-410a TXV built 8 yrs old -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils need cleaning I clean it -Refrigerant charge is good Oddb 85 Iddb 73 System is in good working order. Offer RTS customer declined.
Installed new vanity and lavatory sink with customer supplied parts, and new 1 1/2’’ drain line trap, and two straight angle stop, two supplied lines, and 3/4’’ ball valve for main line..and snake line 15’ , tested everything no leaks . Water drains normal, NO WARRANTY ON STOPPAGE,
HSP evaluation. Several issues but the main one is a 17 year old water heater that needs to be replaced instead of flushing and draining. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Upstairs lavatory faucet needs to be replaced. Need new shut-off valve for toilet downstairs. Replaced downstairs toilet with a customer supplied toilet (no warranty). Tested. No leaks and working properly.
1. Repaired toilet in first floor hall bathroom by minor tank rebuilding , Replacing fill valve, water closet flapper, and water closet supply line ......... 2. Also removed and replaced emergency shut off valve/angle stop to the same toilet ........
Snaked laundry sink 3 feet to main stack. Cleared Stoppage. Installed customer supplied fill valve as a courtesy
Bill H. I ran my cable about45 feet down the laundry drain. Stoppage is clear. Customer does not want a camera. I recommend an enzyme treatment on the home.
Kitchen drain had a stoppage in it. Tech snaked the drain line with the K-50 Machine. Tech ran about 21 feet of cable down the drain. Tech cleared the stoppage at 17 feet. There was nothing pulled back on the cable. Th kitchen drain is flowing and there are no leaks.
Snaked and cleared Kitchen line, pulled out some Mack and cheese. 90 day Warrenty
$49 inspection on a gas furnace changed igniter customer signed up for priority club member and also change thermostat system is working good at this time customer wants a plumber and electrician to come the same day preferably soon on February 4 CSR call to set an appointment
I installed a new cartridge in the tub and shower valve. One year parts and labor warranty.
Customer had a leak coming from the galvanized water main line coming up from the concrete. The water service line must be replaced. Scheduled replacement for the main water line for Monday 1/14/19. Customer paid a 30% deposit of $2,250.00. The total cost is $7,500.00
Picked up heat kit from Beltsville supply storage, arrived at residence and replaced heat kit. Started unit and verified operation. Air supply from vents 100*F. Unit runs well at this time.
INSTALLED new 40 gallon gas water heater,two gallon espansion tank,two ball valve,24” aluminum Pam. And whole house anti scale device. ( flow tech) 10 year warranty with flow tech. And two year’s parts and labor. Tested no leaks. Senior discount $86. Received check $4600.
